Main living area on second floor. NO dark basement. Located in beautiful Pagosa Springs, no chemical used on grounds, only pine trees outside. No Mold or mildew due to dry climate. Water purification for bath, shower and drinking. Heavenly Heat Sauna is made with non toxic materials for environmentally sensitive people.
Built on slab so no problems with crawl space. Ceiling fans rather than air conditioning. There is a portable air condition system but it does not get hot enough to use it. In the summer we enjoy 70 to 85 degrees. Only one person living here. Shoes always taken off when enter home. No incense, perfumes or oils used in home.Property Description

I am an artist and created an art studio in the garage with huge window and tan color screen on the garage door so you can have fresh air. The garage has radiant heat so you can use this room as part of your home. I am a perfectionist and environmentally conscious and have taken great care to keep this home in prime shape and without any chemicals. I know you will love it as I have!!
