Built in 2004, this 1-bedroom 1-bath, 1830 sq ft home* (*approximate and based on appraisal report 2/07) on a full 3-acre lot includes hundreds of acres of common land in the Greater World subdivision (other lots are mostly 1-1.5 acres). It has photovoltaic panels, solar hot water heater plus on demand propane water heater, nearly 5,000 gallon cement cistern, copper plumbing, thermopane windows, honeycomb blinds, flagstone floors, t&g ceilings, Sunfrost DC refrigerator, Staber Energy/Water efficient washer, Jotul woodstove in living room, Rinnai propane heater in bedroom, 2 large interior grey-water planters, an exterior black water planter, and private septic system.
