The home was extensively remodeled 2004/2005 using non-toxic materials. All windows in the home replaced with double-pane windows. It has all tile floors except master bedroom which has hardwood floors. Both bathrooms completely updated and renovated using non-toxic materials. New A/C system installed. All non-toxic VOC free paint was used in the renovations. All old insulation in attic removed and replaced with formaldehyde-free insulsafe insulation. Home was converted to all electric in 1992 with a new upgraded power panel installed at that time. In-ground watering system on timer wastes less water. Filters on water heater and showers. All custom window blinds made with cotton materials. Back screened-in porch has been wired for 220 to accommodate a sauna and electric grill.
