Neighborhood Description

Immediate area is mostly wooded with a few fields, wetlands and neighboring homes. It's midway between Webster, Siren & Hertel. Majority of county is parkland including Crex Nature Preserve, a prime bird watching area. Population in summer doubles when summer home folks come up 2 hours from Twin Cities. Privacy aplenty with 80 yard long driveway from road screened by trees. Year round population is half locals and half urban transplants.

Market Area

We're an hour and 20 minutes from the Duluth/Superior metro area and less than 2 hours from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Four Chippewa reservations nearby, three with casinos and concerts.
