The living room and office area are set on beautiful hard wood floors both oak and beetle kill pine. The kitchen, bathroom and hall way is set on maya marble. The ceiling is also beetle kill pine. A Brazilian Blue Star granit counter top with beetle kill pine cabinets underneith frames the 160 sqr ft kitchen. Hand laid rock work acts as a stage for the upstairs wood stove and a fountain/humidifier in a seperate location. Two storage rooms on either side of the office area stay cool enough to refrigerate like a basement. A stand up shower with dual heads, surounded by glass privacy bricks a white toilet and sink makes up the main bathroom. At the bottom of the stairs is an area that would be great for an art studio or hobby room, has a sink and overhead cabinets (this is also where the propane heater is). The whole downstairs is carpet. A combine tub shower with dual heads, a green throne toilet, one spout sink and space for a stackable washer/dryer makes up the dowstairs bathroom. Down the hall is the main wood stove and the living quarters. Master bedroom has walk in closet (construction in progrss on closet) the two other bedrooms share a wall with eachother and are across the hall from the master room. The bottom story is half underground, this acts to cool in the summer and trap heat in the winter.
