Vapor Barriers: The interior of all exterior walls and all ceilings was covered and sealed with a foilbacked vapor barrier. Roof: Roofing is a steel roof by Gerard Roofing Technologies and is guaranteed for life.Gypsum Board: Interior walls are sheathed with 1/2 or 5/8\" gypsum wallboard. Gypsum is paper taped. Drywall mud for taping, finishing, and texturing is Murco Hi-Po hypoallergenic drywall mud. Flooring: Flooring in main living areas is hardwood maple. Bathroom, laundry and mudroom are tile. Basement floor is concrete finished with Cem Tint by QC.Paints and Stains: Interior paint is no VOC. Stain for all interior wood work is a custom blend of Durostain and BioShield Aqua Stain. We also have Low water consumption toilets. High end lighting fixtures. Ceiling fans. High end plumbing fixtures. Landscaping is non toxic and organically grown. Everything we put in the house was tested for safety and health.
