Neighborhood Description

We have never had anything stolen, no one locks their doors, houses are spread out and people mind their own business. Deer and turkeys are almost always visible in the morning or evening. No one is ever loud or close enough to bother you. If you are so inclined or are an old hippie you could mow the yard naked.

Market Area

The closest town is Lobelville which is three miles away where there is one gas station and a dollar store. Jackson is an hour west and nashville is an hour east. We have an organic health food store one mile away. There is an amish community four miles away with an abundance of vegetables, grass fed beef, and raw milk, eggs, and cheese. There is a clear trout/bass stream two miles away and you can see the Buffalo river from our home which is famous for fishing and canoeing. Last but defiantly not least the tennessee river is a short fifteen minute drive. My six and four year olds caught fourteen fish in a hour this spring.
