Colville, Washington

The home is totally off grid, energy efficient and runs off solar power with a backup generator included in price, wood stove and 30,000 btu propane heater. 

5 acres with a year around creek. The 2 bed / 2 bath home has an open floor plan living room, dining and kitchen all facing south with large windows. Finished and carpeted attic. 

Well built home, yet there is no septic or well. We use a compost toilet and outhouse. The water system is two 450 gallon water tanks under the house. Water is hauled from a free community source. Good wells in the area and power is at the street. 

On a county road 40 miles north of Colville 1 mile to the Canadian border, 20 miles to a small town and schools In Northport. There are neighbors in the area but you don’t see any houses.
