House is plumbed for graywater but we never installed it.
Design by Howard Cherrington, Integrated Design Concepts, Twisp, WA On sunny winter days when it's below freezing outside, we are in t-shirts in the house with no additional heating needed.
We focused on enhancing native vegetation around the property while also maintaining defensible space in the summer. Typically we let the wildflowers grow until late June, then reduce the height of plants within 100' of the house.
Where was this used? Doors and light fixtures were sourced from Second Use, Seattle
